Roberto Calvet, born in the 1990s, is a rising French actor passionate about cinema and theater from a young age. At 19, after completing his baccalaureate, he moved to New York for a year to take acting classes, solidifying his decision to become an actor. Back in Paris, he continued his training and quickly signed with an agent.
He began his career in 2018 in "SKAM France", directed by David Hourrègue, where he played Nicolas. In 2019, he appeared in "The Last Wave", directed by Rodolphe Tissot and starring Lola Dewaere, where his performance as Max Alcorta was well-received by critics, who saw him as a promising young talent.
In 2021, he starred in "Anomalie", a short film directed by Michael Jeanpert and co-starring Fleur Geffrier, earning several international acting awards for his role. That same year, he made his feature film debut in "Mastemah", directed by Didier D. Daarwin, alongside Camille Razat, where he portrayed two distinct characters, showcasing his versatility.
In 2022, Roberto appeared in Netflix's "Notre-Dame, la part du feu", directed by Hervé Hadmar, starring Simon Abkarian. In 2023, he was featured in "Tapie", directed by Tristan Séguéla, starring Laurent Lafitte. The series was a hit, winning the BAFTA for Best International Series.
Since 2024, he has played Charles Julliard in "Demain nous appartient", bringing new dynamics to the TF1's show.
