Netflix's official anime YouTube channel has started streaming a main trailer for the upcoming anime adaptation of Fujiko Fujio's sci-fi adventure manga, T・P Bon ( "T・P" stands for Time Patrol ). The two-minute clip introduces the voices of the anime's three main characters for the first time — Bon Namihira played by Akihisa Wakayama (Ryuji Kanzaki in Classroom of the Elite ), Ream Stream played by Atsumi Tanezaki (Frieren in Frieren: Beyond Journey's End ), and Buyoyon played by Mamoru Miyano (Osamu Dazai in Bungo Stray Dogs ). The story centers on Bon Namihira, an average junior high school student whose life is upended upon meeting Ream Stream, a Time Patrol agent from the future. Under Ream’s guidance, Bon goes on a journey through time with her and the mysterious creature Buyoyon, aiming to save those who have met untimely deaths while not significantly altering history’s course. Late last year, it was announced that Fujiko F. Fujio's classic manga Time Patrol Bon would be getting a full-length anime adaptation for the first time, courtesy of Studio Bones. This weekend at AnimeJapan 2024, Netflix dropped more news about the upcoming adaptation, including a new key visual and extended cast list. Titled T・P Bon , this will technically be the manga's second adaptation—the first being a 95-minute Ntv special aired in 1989. Mob Psycho 100 season 2 isn’t far away and Setsuo Ito has some words for fans on the cusp of Crunchyroll’s Mob Psycho 100 Movie Night.

Mob Psycho 100 is one of the most dazzling, beautiful to anime to come around in recent years. It’s a true assault to the senses and One’s anime is a progressive subversion of typical action series. Shigeo Kageyama—aka Mob—is an eighth grader with extreme psychic abilities, but he represses his skills and emotions as a means to avoid this path in life. Slowly, Mob’s emotions and intense powers start to leak out and the series delivers an addictive, surprising story.

Anticipation for Mob Psycho 100’s second season has been high, but the wait is almost over. Crunchyroll and Fathom Events have also partnered up for a particularly special way to check out the season two premiere a little early.

Building on the success on October's Yuri!!! on Ice series marathon, Crunchyroll and Fathom Events have partnered again to deliver the best of anime content to cinemas across the country with at least four big screen Crunchyroll Movie Night events in 2019. The first Crunchyroll Movie Night of the new year will offer fans an exclusive sneak peek of the first episode of Mob Psycho 100 II (season two), before the episode airs in Japan. This screening will be accompanied by a recap of the first season, which is available to fans now on Crunchyroll, alongside a special greeting from Setsuo Ito, the voice actor behind the main character Shigeo Kageyama (Mob).
