10 Most Satisfying Power Rangers Scenes in the Whole Franchise, Ranked
Image
Due to the series' formulaic nature, most Power Rangers episodes don't contain especially cathartic moments. Nice as it can be to see a character learn a lesson or use a new weapon or Zord to defeat a monster; these things are expected. Where the series shines is when it takes its time to build up to something big or when it catches its audience by complete surprise.

Power Rangers is frequently capable of making fans leap out of their seats with joy. Throughout the entire series, there have been moments that feel especially satisfying because of how big their impact is on either a narrative or meta-textual level. These moments include outstandingly executed victories over villains, meaningful changes in the relationships between characters, and the re-introduction of familiar faces to the show.

The Most Underrated Female Power Rangers, Ranked
Image
It's a sad fact of Power Rangers that male Rangers always outnumber their female counterparts and that they typically receive more screen time and relevance to the story as well. Unsurprisingly, characters who are exceptions to the latter are often hailed as some of the best in the franchise. Jen Scotts and Taylor Earhardt are adored for being the awesome original leaders of their teams, Karone has a stunning arc across multiple seasons, Lauren Shiba made a massive impact in only five episodes, Shelby Watkins was always front and center, and Kimberly Ann Hart remains the most beloved female Ranger ever.

For all that some of them receive their proper due, other incredible female Power Rangers too often go overlooked by fans. These heroines may not have all been central to the stories of their seasons, but they're all still memorable and important in their own ways. Fans may like these Rangers,...

Power Rangers' New Ranger Color Is So Good, We're Amazed It Took 30 Years
Image
Warning: This article contains Spoilers for Power Rangers Cosmic Fury.

Power Rangers Cosmic Fury introduces the franchise's first official Orange Ranger, adding a new color to the 30-year-old series. Fern, a recurring character from Power Rangers Dino Fury, becomes the Orange Ranger in Cosmic Fury, joining the main cast of characters. The Orange Ranger's costume in Cosmic Fury matches the other Power Rangers suits, creating a cool and cohesive look for the new character.

Power Rangers Cosmic Fury’s Orange Ranger is a new Ranger color for the 30-year-old franchise, and both the costume and the character themselves could not have been better. Cosmic Fury continues Power Rangers’ 30th anniversary celebration, now with a brand new series that picks up from where Power Rangers Dino Fury left off. Cosmic Fury was Dino Fury season 3 in many ways, including through the return of Fern (Jacqueline Joe), now a Power Ranger herself.

Power Rangers’ Other Evil Green Ranger Was A Tommy Oliver Callback
Image
Power Rangers had another Evil Green Ranger decades after Mighty Morphin Power Rangers did the story, with an arc full of Tommy Oliver callbacks. While Tommy Oliver was part of several Power Rangers shows and eventually was able to turn into multiple Rangers thanks to his Master Morpher, Tommy’s Green Ranger form may be his most iconic. Now, Tommy Oliver’s legacy continues in the most recent Power Rangers series Dino Fury.

Green is not a Power Ranger color that appears in every Power Rangers TV show, which makes any Green Ranger instantly special. This was the case for Power Rangers Dino Fury, whose Green and Black Rangers joined the team shortly after the group was formed. After directly referencing Mighty Morphin Power Rangers quite a few times, Dino Fury went further and included nods to Tommy’s "Green With Evil" arc as well.
