1 Simple Change Can Make Zenshu the Best Isekai Anime of 2025
Image
The original anime series Zenshu is becoming an interesting exploration of the relationship between fans and the media they consume. It's both an isekai anime and a magical girl series, but the anime's isekai aspects have been neglected recently. While the action is well animated, the Voids are a very ambiguous threat.

In fact, most of the world has been vague so far. While Natusko Hirose has spent a lot of time with the main cast of A Tale of Perishing, she hasn't explored the land at all. Between the lack of world building and the poorly explained battles, this anime hasn't embraced all the positive aspects of the isekai genre.

The Voids in Zenshu Are an Undefined Threat No Enemy Has Been Really Dangerous Yet

This anime doesn't seem to care about the original plot of A Tale of Perishing. This may be because Natusko has changed things so...

Pokémon Horizons Is Doing One Thing Better Than Ash Ketchum's Story
Image
Pokemon: Horizons introduces a story-driven plot with compelling antagonists, refreshing the series formula for a more engaging experience. The new show focuses on the characters Liko and Roy, each with their own story arcs and mysteries, adding depth to the overarching plot. The addition of the Explorers as villains, along with the Rising Volt Tacklers, brings a new level of tension and intrigue to the series.

The new and refreshing entry into the Pokémon franchise, Pokémon: Horizons, has been a surprising delight for fans, and that is due in part to one specific thing that the show is doing even better than the original anime, Pokémon: The Series. After 25 seasons following Ash Ketchum in his race to become a Pokémon master, the franchise finally bid a fond farewell to Ash, Pikachu, and the rest of the enjoyable cast in the show. The legendary Pokémon TV series was a hard act to follow,...

Netflix's Pluto: Plot, Cast, Release Date, and Everything Else We Know
Image
Those who have read enough manga or watched vintage anime shows like Dororo and Astro Boy would be familiar with Osamu Tezuka, also known as "the father of manga" and "the godfather of manga." Furthermore, like Walt Disney, which dominates the animation industry in the West, Tezuka's works served as mainstream anime until the late 1980s, before he passed away in 1989.

Naoki Urasawa, the acclaimed author of the world-renowned anime Monster, created a manga spin-off of Astro Boy titled Pluto from 2003 to 2009. Taking his idol, Osamu Tezuka, as inspiration, he followed in his footsteps and produced something that would last long and serve as a reminder of how influential Tezuka-san was.

With Netflix adapting the award-winning manga Pluto, fans of both Tezuka and Urasawa are enthusiastic to see how it turns out. Given Netflix's history of successful manga adaptations such as Blood of Zeus, Castlevania, and Levius, there is no...
