There's no better time for a hard launch than Valentine's Day. Though they've been inspiring dating rumors since last year, Emma Chamberlain and Tucker Pillsbury are going public with their relationship. In an interview with GQ published on Feb. 14, Chamberlain and Pillsbury, who goes by his stage name Role Model, opened up about how they fell in love, their first time meeting, and what it's like to date in the public eye.

"I don't think we need to be secret anymore."

That’s a big step above the $2.2 million the now-retired YouTubers paid for the Encino property in 2019; per the listing, the house “sold before processing,” meaning a buyer swooped in before the place even had a chance to officially hit the market. Records reveal the new owner is a local woman who’s clearly quite rich but not famous.

While they raked in an $800,000 profit on paper, the Dolans also made extensive renovations to the home, a single-level structure originally built in 1958 by little-known architect John P. Pedersen. The event was City Year’s largest fundraising event as well as a fun party where A-list celebrities and industry insiders, along with their teens and tweens, came out in support of education in Los Angeles. The event featured a special performance by Charlie Puth, as well as food, games and interactive booths sponsored by top brands including Aramark, Comcast NBCUniversal, E!, Hulu, Jp Morgan Chase/Atom Tickets, Karma Tequila, MarVista, People, RealD, Sony, Twentieth Century Fox, Univision, Walmart, and Westfield among others.
