Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and growing up in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada, Michael was an only child and very active in sports, drama and many extracurricular activities. Michael attended Grimsby Secondary School before going to McMaster University where he obtained his BA in Political Science.
Living in Ottawa Ontario, Michael has been a police officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for 30 years. Experience in border issues, contraband smuggling, drug enforcement, making arrests and doing police investigations. He was an instructor at the RCMP training academy. One of his roles also included being a Prosecutor for 3 years while stationed at the Toronto Lester B Pearson International Airport.
Michael was a very active media relations officer with the RCMP. He has been on TV shows highlighting the police activities he was involved with. He was also a media spokesperson for the RCMP at the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010. Michael has a loud and clear radio voice. He has done radio talk shows and interviews. Michael is an active member of the Kanata Theatre.
Recently Michael has acted in short and feature films as well as television series. He is looking forward to working with his agent Lisa Meuser of Ottawa.
