Micah Obregon was born November 10, 1994 in Houston, Texas. She is a Mexican-American actor and filmmaker. Having spent much of her childhood in Carnegie Neighborhood Library where her aunt worked, she developed a fervid appetite for literature ranging from nonfiction zoology texts to comic books. Her venture into recreational writing took off at the early age of six, beginning with journaling and poetry. When she was not at the library or writing, she was enjoying films such as Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, and Batman Returns. This combination of writing, literature, and a love for film, would present an interest in various areas in the fine arts as she grew, such as in dance, visual arts, and acting.

While attending Lanier Middle School, Micah was introduced to theater arts. She made her UIL competition debut in eighth grade with Of Winners, Losers, and Games by O.B. Rozell. She won a medal for her role as Susan, a new mother overcoming the loss of her baby to crib death. Her next UIL competition would occur while attending Lamar High School, winning a medal for her roles in Radium Girls by D.W. Gregory as Kathryn Schaub and Diane Roeder. That year, Radium Girls would make Lamar history by advancing further in the UIL competition than the school's drama department had in ten years.

Micah began acting professionally in 2015, doing commercial, film, and theatre work. She would go on to work with AMC, Amazon Studios, Adidas, and independent studios, making appearances in films such as Good After Bad starring Twilight's Billy Burke. She starred in the Billboard-featured "Everything Here" by The Suffers music video.

During the pandemic, Micah would realize she could combine her love of writing and film and become a filmmaker. In late 2021, she would travel to Austin, Texas to shoot her first short film, Core Teen.
