Biography

Dilyana Daneva was born in 5 June 1986 in Nova Zagora, Bulgaria. She studied fine arts in high school and then in 2005 graduated from Theater College "Luben Groys" in 2008, where she honored her Drama Theater Acting skills in the class under the guidance of Prof. Iliya Dobrev, Assoc. Prof. Ivan Nalbantov and Prof. Nadezhda Seykova. In 2014 she started her career behind the camera as an editor and organizer for TV show programs. Soon after, she steps up in the Cinema industry as member of the producing teams of Bulgarian and foreign productions. Dilyana is a co-producer of the independent Bulgarian full-feature movie "Tango in the Tunnel" (2019), which has which received a several selections at Bulgarian and International film festivals. She is also producer of the short movie "Dark Wanderer" (2018), which got a semi-finalist at A Rebel Minded Festival, Brooklyn, NYC. In addition, Dilyana is part of the production teams of the full-feature co-productions "The Silent Angel" (2018), "Under the Dark" (pre-production) and "One White Light" (2020), also a part of the team members of short productions "If " (2012) and "Looking for Love" (2013).
