Justin Kuhn is an accomplished writer, director, editor, and visual effects artist. He serves as Head of Post Operations, Post Production Supervisor, and Visual Effects Supervisor at Lux Angeles Studios in Hollywood, California, where he also writes and directs original projects.
Kuhn began his career in the Portland, Oregon film community before relocating to Los Angeles to expand his creative opportunities. Driven by a desire to fully understand the filmmaking process, he immersed himself in every aspect of production-learning the skills of each department to communicate effectively and lead with vision on his own projects.
As a director, Kuhn has helmed multiple full-length feature films, including Hands and Beneath the Shadows, as well as a wide range of narrative films, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and corporate productions. His body of work reflects his versatility, technical expertise, and dedication to compelling storytelling across mediums.
