Ruth Benfield

Ruth Benfield is a New Zealand-born, LA based, accomplished singer, songwriter, composer and artist and has worked in the music and film industry for over 25 years. Ruth is a producer, music supervisor & marketing coordinator, and the co-founder and an executive of LAMA Entertainment and Bridge and Acorn Entertainment, and founder of Glass of Milk Records. Growing up in a musical family, Ruth has always been passionate about the arts, attending the Australasian College of the Arts where she majored in vocals and guitar and minored in songwriting and production. Ruth was nominated for best female vocalist and best original song at the Bay of Plenty Music Awards and has exhibited her art as a painter. Ruth works in the film industry, predominantly as a composer, music supervisor, producer, production designer, and marketing coordinator, and is most passionate about championing music artists for film.
