César Santos is an independent Portuguese filmmaker.
He started working all by himself on his first few short-films, but has since surrounded himself with many talented people.
He has made several award-winning short-films showcased in festivals around the world.
César is currently studying Cinema at the Lisbon Theater and Film School (ESTC).
