Mamdouh Elssbiay

Mamdouh Elssbiay is professional bodybuilder of Egyptian origin. Two-time winner of the New York Pro Championship. He was born in a large family. Mamdu, along with his six brothers engaged in fishing. Big Ramy has been interested in power sports since childhood. In his youth, the Mamdu family moved to Kuwait, hoping to open their fishing business. This decision was for Big Ramy a starting point in the "big" life, because he had a chance to fulfill an old dream - to become a bodybuilder. While still in Egypt, Big Ramy learned about the existence of the Kuwaiti gym network "Oxygen Gym", whose owner, Baider Budai, regularly conducts seminars and trainings with the IFBB stars. In the success of Mamdu, the key role was played not by the owner of the network of gyms, but by Dennis James, a veteran of bodybuilding. It was he who saw in Ramy great potential, long before his first tournament. Dennis helped develop a training plan, diet and, of course, shared knowledges. The starting point for Big Ramy's career was the 2012 amateur Olympia. It was there that he made his debut appearance on the platform in the category of heavyweights. The audience and the judges appreciated the quality and quantity of Mamdu. He easily wins his category and absolute, thereby earning a PRO card.
