Apurva Nemlekar is a popular Indian actress known for her work in Marathi television, theatre, and cinema. Born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, she was raised in the city and completed her schooling at I.E.S. King George School in Dadar. She pursued a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree from D.G. Ruparel College. Before stepping into the entertainment world, she worked with an event management company. Her interest in acting was encouraged by her father, who sadly passed away in 2017.
Apurva began her acting career with the Marathi television series Aabhas Ha in 2011, playing the role of Aarya. She went on to appear in shows like Aradhana and Tu Jivala Guntavave, but it was her role as Shevanta in Ratris Khel Chale 2 that brought her widespread fame. Her portrayal of the seductive and cunning character won hearts and earned her a strong fan following. She reprised the role in Ratris Khel Chale 3 but eventually exited the show in 2021 due to creative differences with the production team.
In addition to television, Apurva has acted in Marathi films such as Bhakarkhadi 7 km, Ishq Wala Love, and appeared in the Hindi film The Accidental Prime Minister.
