Ashley M. Lands is a television host & public speaker known for her work in travel, expat living, and creative direction. She is the creator of The Mosaic Method and co-founder of Provincial Leisure, a globally recognized travel and lifestyle platform with over 1 million monthly readers.
Originally from Texas, Lands began ballet training at the age of three and attended Northeast Christian Academy in Kingwood. Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at a young age, she became a dedicated advocate for holistic health, alternative medicine, and chronic illness awareness.
