Elena Svetlana Runkle

Elena Svetlana Runkle is known for A Haunting (2005), True Terror with Robert Englund (2020) and Swagger (2021). Elena was discovered in 2002 languishing in an orphanage in Kirovohrad, Ukraine, when she was two and a half. She was adopted by an American family and became a U.S. citizen when she was 17. Her parents placed her in a theater camp when she was seven to help her overcome extreme shyness and learning difficulties. They now believe it worked too well. In addition to film work Elena has been in over 30 theater productions. When not on the road for film and theater projects, she resides in Virginia with her family and dogs.
