Metin was born in London, UK. His profound love for filmmaking can be traced back to early years, inspired to create short home videos. Whilst studying a course at the University of Roehampton he projected his passion into writing, directing, editing and on set work, graduating with a degree.
With a mindset of bettering himself, he was accepted into the New York Film Academy (LA) one year filmmaking program where he graduated in September 2018. He pushed even further into the world of screenwriting with his acceptance to UCLA's prestigious screenwriting program from January 2019 to December 2019. He is developing lifestyle culturally based TV dramas 'Planet Caravan' and 'The Trooper'.
