Tyson Whelchel

Tyson Whelchel is an actor who lives in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon. Tyson had the opportunity to participate in an acting and modeling school and it was then that he discovered his love of performing. Tyson auditioned and was able to compete in the prestigious 2017 IMTA (International Model & Talent Association) talent competition in Los Angeles. He beat out many other child performers, including winning the Monologue competition, 1st runner-up as Male PreTeen Actor of the Year, 1st runner-up for the Cold Read/TV Scene competition, 2nd runner-up for the Fashion Print competition, and placed or received Honorable Mentions in every other acting and modeling event he competed in.
Tyson signed with a manager and a couple of talent agencies from Los Angeles and began working with several different acting coaches to hone his skills. In the spring of 2017, Tyson moved to Los Angeles for a year to experience the acting world firsthand. He received coaching from incredible acting coaches, auditioned for many big roles, and booked a few projects.
Tyson is a caring, outgoing boy with a strong work ethic who loves enjoying life. He enjoys basketball, performing magic, playing chess, hip-hop, bike riding, playing video games and spending time with his friends and family.
