Manhattan born, songstress, Julissa Elise Jasmine Ruiz, better known as Eli Jas is taking the music scene by storm. The Dominican superstar has been recognized by Billboard in their Bubbling Under column as a "noteworthy act making her way toward Billboard chart success".

Eli's infectious blend of Pop and R&B melodies with Bachata elements caught the ear of MTV Tr3s and she was offered the opportunity to write the theme song for their TV series "Quiero Mi Baby". She also ended up being the most downloaded artist on their "Descubre and Download" show. Eli's Spanglish sound caught the attention of multi-platinum and Grammy award-winning producer, Sergio George, and they re-released her two singles, "Tu Me Haces Volar" and "Deseandote" under Top Stop Music garnishing the young artist with two Billboard charting songs in a year.

Eli was nominated for a Premios Juventud Award for "Best New Artist" and soon after was chosen as a celebrity contestant on Telemundo's reality TV show "Buscando Mi Ritmo" and became a fan favorite. Other career highlights for Eli include the single "Soy Yo" which was picked up by Coors Light to be apart of their My Climb, My Music Campaign. Jas' sultry vocals was also heard on Alexis Y Fido's song "Si No Tienes El Swing" for ESPN's cross-platform MLB game.

In 2019, Eli launched her own Jewelry line named "Flourish by Eli Jas" which creates and sells collections of statement jewelry for the Modern day Goddess who want to shop for pieces that won't break the bank.

"Every piece is a reminder of a Queen's worth and I hope they are reminded of that fact each time they see their reflection in the mirror."
