Cole Ortiz-Mackes is an award winning actor and proud native New Yorker. Recent stage credits include Jason/Hamlet in Hamlet in Harlem (winner of the Latin Alternative Theatre Award for Best Ensemble) Asshole/Sister Mary in The Miracle, both shows written and directed by Alberto Ferraras, The Pharmacist in The Short History of Now, and Boss/Son/Nathan Hale/Jack in The End of the Beginning or the Beginning of the End, both shows written by Walter Corwin. All four of these shows had successful runs at the historic Theater for the New City which has become a stomping ground for Cole to continue practicing his craft. Recent film credits include the romcom Accident Prone by Three Leaf Productions and the horror short Sleep Tight. Cole also produces and performs an improvised play across New York City with his improv trio Jericho.
