Luis Lomenha was born in Inhaúma, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Graduated in Literature from PUC-RJ, he began his film career in the award-winning film "City of God", by Fernando Meirelles and Kátia Lund. In 2003, he founded together with the directors, "Cinema Nosso", which in 15 years became great popular audiovisual schools of the world, working with children's education and throughout audiovisual narratives such as cinema, television, animation and games. He is also the founder of Jabuti Filmes, a trans media producer.
