Nicolas Alayo was born on June 11th, 1998 in New York. He moved to Miami, Florida when he was 8 years old and was home-schooled through middle and high school. After graduating a year early, he moved out to California to study filmmaking. He is a writer, director, and editor with awards in all those categories - including best picture. He is known for Scout: A Star Wars Story (2017), Memoir of Life (2016), and Glamorous (2016).
