Biography

Helly Shah is an Indian actress who works in Hindi television and films. She was born in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She began her career while studying in the 9th standard at the age of 15.

The versatile actress made her debut in 2010 by playing the role of Talli in Zindagi ka Har Rang...Gulaal. In 2012, Helly featured in Alaxmi - Hamari Super Bahu on Life OK as Alaxmi, becoming one of the youngest main leads on Indian Television.

This was followed by further starring roles in Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi (2013) and Khushiyon ki Gullak Aashi (2014) .

In the following years she portrayed the title role in shows Swaragini which ran for 469 episodes and Devanshi which ran for over 250 episodes .

In 2019, she featured in Sufiyana Pyaar Mera, playing double role portraying the characters of Saltanat Shah and Kainaat Shah.

In the following year, Helly appeared in Ishq Mein Marjawan 2 as Riddhima, which was a romantic thriller that ran for over 300 episodes.

Helly also made her Cannes red carpet debut in 2022,unveiling the poster of her debut film Kaya Palat which is all set to release in 2024. She also walked the red carpet for LOreal Paris at the Cannes Film Festival.

Currently She is working on a couple of Web projects. Her latest web series Gullak S4 is out now on Sonyliv in which she is playing Doctor Preeti.

Her Debut Gujarati Film alongside Vatsal Seth is all set to release in 2024 which is directed by Sachin Bhramabhatt.

Besides acting, the actress has also featured in various music videos, which include Halo Re Halo (2021), with over 10 million times on YouTube and Ik Kahani (2022), clocking up over 33 million YouTube views , Humko na mohabbat karne de (2022) and Tu jo mila (2022)

Her last shortfilm ZIBAH was one of the top 3 films from India to get screening at LA for OSCAR nominations.

She was also ranked 47th in the Eastern Eye's Top 50 Asian celebrities in 2020. In the following year, she was ranked in Eastern Eye's Top 30 under 30 Global Asian Stars list.

The maverick actress has received great recognition and accolades for her artistic brilliance since her debut. She has made her mark by entertaining audiences through impactful performances.
