Colin Cassidy is a professional voice actor and impressionist, content creator, writer and producer.
A dual British and Australian citizen Cassidy is most recently known as the voice of Severus Snape in the 'Harry Potter: Magical Movie Moments' TV series in America, the worldwide voice of the world's most iconic breakfast cereal mascot - Toucan Sam for Kelloggs Froot Loops and the beloved narrator for the hit 3D animated children's animation Vegesaurs on CBeebies UK, ABC Kids Australia and across 25+ countries worldwide.
Colin is best known for his versatility, switching between US, UK, Australian and other accents and characters. His notable recent roles include that of Sir David Attenborough, where he performs alongside Hugo Weaving in the 2021 film 'Lone Wolf'. His voice also features in a number of children's animated TV productions and feature films.
In 2020 Colin was awarded a Gold Promax North America Award for his British accented vocal performance on Britbox. In 2019 he was awarded a London International Advertising Award and a New York Festival Award for his impression of Morgan Freeman and President Donald Trump. Other awards include numerous New Zealand Radio Awards, Australian Commercial Radio Awards and various UK Vox Awards - some of which were won during his time as a copywriter and creative director in Australia and the UK.
Colin is based out of Sydney, Australia, has his own production company and professional recording studio. He is currently writing, producing and director a number of children's animation series' and other properties with collaborators in Australia, Great Britain, Europe and North America.
He holds Bachelor of Media Communications & Economics from Southern Cross University Australia, a Diploma of Speech Communications from University of Technology Sydney, a Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146), a CertIV in Training & Assessment.
