Rahul Dev Bose is an Indian actor who is majorly seen in Bengali television shows and films. After attaining his master's degree, he went on to pursue his career in acting. He is a trained theatre artist and has successfully performed on stage in English, Hindi and Bangla. Post his theatre journey, he worked briefly as an Assistant Director for Srijeet Mukherjee among other productions.
His television debut in the year 2016 with Stree where he played the antagonist, Vicky Deb, got him all the limelight and proved to be his breakthrough performance. Since then, he has been a household name and each one of the characters that he has played has received a lot of media and public attention.
He was born and raised in Kolkata, West Bengal. However, he is quite well traveled and that has contributed to him being culturally exposed and developing an understanding of different dialects.
He is known to be prolific at pulling off intense scenes/climax scenes with much ease. Rahul believes it is definitely a takeaway from his acting school days where he was trained under the Eric Morris system.
