- Chris Barry grew up in Somerville, Massachusetts. His mother, Josephine, worked as a secretary at Hansom Air Force Base before she had her children. She always found a way to create adventure in everyday moments, and she was optimistic and inspired by a sense of romanticism in life. She advocated for Chris and his siblings, supporting their ambitions, their work ethic and dreams.
Chris attended Matignon High School in Cambridge, MA on scholarship and by working as the school janitor, then went on to study at Tufts University also on work-scholarship. He earned a Fulbright to study in the UK at The London School of Economics. And then received his MBA from The Wharton School. Chris was a Partner at management consulting firm Bain & Company and an Exec at Salesforce before he pursued the passion for story-telling that Josephine inspired.
