Ceylan is a law graduate Istanbul based filmmaker, making both features and shorts, fictions and docs that deal with memory and violence since 2007. Her debut fiction feature Inflame premiered at the Berlinale Panorama Special and won the Gamechanger Award at SXSW in 2017. Her docs and shorts have been screened at the Ann Arbor, Sitges, RIDM, Dokufest, London Short Film Festival, and many more.
