Luciano Castillo of the Cinameteca de Cuba is one of the leading authorities on the history of that country's film industry,a member of the Cuban Writers and Film Artists Guild and of the Cuban Film Press Association.In addition to writing articles for specialized magazines, he participates in weekly radio and television programs in Cuba.He frequently lectures at academic events ,has published numerous works, and has been selected as a juror for various festivals.
