Olabisi Kovabel

Olabisi Kovabel started off their career as an actor, having worked on numerous music videos, most notably Childish Gambino's "This Is America" and Tegan and Sara's "Faint of Heart", before moving onward to televised projects. They recently starred in the Amy Herzog play, Belleville, for Crimson Square Theatre Company at the Beverly Hills Playhouse, receiving high praise from critics and audiences alike. Having made a leap into writing, the filmmaker has become a multi-hyphenate talent, written/executive produced/starred in their first short film, Decamp.
