Sanya Sagar is a South Asian actress from India, started her journey from Lucknow to Mumbai to London and now lives in Goa. Started her career as a filmmaker in 2012 in the Indian film industry assisting Sudhir Mishra after graduating from Nift mumbai. For further training made her way to London, after a diploma is filmmaking from London Film Academy was selected in Goldsmiths University of London for a Masters in film producing, along side education she also gained work ex in the UK MEDIA Industry, working on projects like Isle of Dogs Wes Anderson, learned a lot while working with artists like Salma Hayek and Danny Huston. Upon returning home developed interest in theatre with a purpose of writing better charterers, soon the learning turned to a profession. Performed lead and primary characters in prestigious plays like Julius Caesar by Shakespeare, Three Sisters by Anton Chekhov and The Odd Couple by Neil Simon, eventually making it to the the big screen through films, recently played a lead character in a Hindi feature film called "Tairaki", even Hollywood Bollywood productions like "A mosquito in the ear" directed by Nicola Rinciari, a web show "Party Till I Die" to be released on Amazon MiniTv Mx player. Looking forward to a successful acting career not just in her country but also worldwide .
