Scott Aharoni is the Co-Founder of Curious Gremlin, an American independent entertainment company specializing in film and television development, production and financing. He was born, raised, and still currently resides in New York. He is a producer and director who has screened his films at hundreds of festivals around the world including Cannes, Venice, Tribeca, and many others, as well as landing a spot on the 94th Annual Academy Awards shortlist for Best Live Action Short.
Scott's recent films include Kristen Stewart's directorial debut, The Chronology of Water, which stars Imogen Poots and world premiered at the Festival de Cannes; Lofty Nathan's, The Carpenter's Son, which stars Nicolas Cage and Noah Jupe which is set to release later this year with Magnolia Pictures; Dylan Meyer's directorial debut, The Wrong Girls, which stars Kristen Stewart, Seth Rogen, LaKeith Stanfield, Kumail Nanjiani, and Alia Shawkat; Oscar Boyson's directorial debut, Our Hero, Balthazar, which stars Jaeden Martell, Asa Butterfield, and Noah Centineo which world premiered at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival and won an audience choice award, and Psycho Therapy: The Shallow Tale of a Writer who Decided to Write about a Serial Killer, which stars Steve Buscemi, John Magaro, and Britt Lower and won an Audience Choice Award at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival.
