22 Australian native, Tequila Rathbone begun young securing lead and supporting roles in local theatre.
When a freelance actress she booked roles in several short films and a lead role 'Gabby' in Independent feature film, Degenerates. In 2015 Tequila was accepted into New York Film Academy for a Diploma in Acting for Film. She was known as an upcoming Meryl Streep as her performances are captivating and consistently left her mentors and students in tears or in stitches.

Less than 6 months later after completion at NYFA, she signed with well-known agency Ignite Elite Artists, manager Michelle Horner. With broad credits, along with Voice Over, Commercial and Online content she booked Home & Away - Channel 7, Obela Hummus - Channel 7 & 10 and worked with production companies such as Clockwork films and Filthy Look Films, Tequila continues to create mesmerizing characters and establish her mark in the Australian and worldwide film industry.
Tequila is set to play the role of Summer in upcoming Independent Feature Film The Mercy of Others. She continues on-going technical training with highly sought after Les Chantery, and voice technique with Bill Pepper.
Most significantly, Tequila has worked with Australia's celebrated creatives and clients in both Film, TV and in her ongoing training. This includes Marcus Graham, Thea McLeod, Amanda Mitchell, Stephen Hunter and Les Chantery, all who have pursed her and recommended her to clients in the industry.
