Jasmine Shanise is an award winning actor and multi-hyphenated artist. She has received rave reviews for her authentic takes on a multitude of diverse roles. She is often referred to as a "chameleon" in her work because of her meticulous way of transforming and immersing herself in the character and circumstance that she has been tasked to portray. She is a consummate student who has trained at IDSA UK, Lesly Kahn & company and privately with her mentor, Christine Horn. Some of her credits include NBC's "New Amsterdam" with Janet Montgomery, Showtime's "Your Honor" with Bryan Cranston and the indie sensation, "No Future" with Catherine Keener. Having shared space with such masterful actors elevated Jasmine in her storytelling and craft! In addition to acting, Jasmine is a writer, director, producer and coach. She sees the value in knowing and understanding every aspect of the business of film. She has a production company with her husband called ZNG Films, named after her two beautiful children that share the initials, ZNG. Her hope and intention with her work is to impact people and for that work to stand, for generations.
