Yukti Kapoor is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi television. She originates from Jaipur, Rajasthan, where she grew up before pursuing her career in the entertainment industry. Her parents are Arun Kapoor and Darshana Kapoor, and her father works as a jeweler while her mother operates a beauty salon business in Rajpark. She has two brothers, Ronak and Gaurav Kapoor. Kapoor completed her schooling at St. Xavier's High School in Mumbai and later attended K.J. Somaiya Junior College of Science & Commerce, also in Mumbai. Kapoor made her acting debut in 2010 with the television series Nanhi Si Kali Meri Laadli, where she portrayed the character Guddi. Following her television debut, she expanded into film with appearances in the Bhojpuri movie Ka Ukhaad Leba in 2013 and the Hindi film Uvaa in 2015. Her television career progressed with roles in various series, including Tanu Chauhan in Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga, Bittoo in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, and Mayura Dunavati in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Kapoor gained significant recognition for her portrayal of Urmila in Star Plus's mythological series Siya Ke Ram, which established her as a prominent figure in Indian television. She subsequently starred as Ragini Singh in &TV's drama series Agniphera, a role that further solidified her reputation in the industry. She portrayed Karishma Singh in Sony SAB's comedy series Maddam Sir, a performance that has garnered widespread acclaim and demonstrated her versatility across different genres.
