Simon Benjamin Hipkin was born in Colchester, Essex. He is best known for playing an OCD sufferer in the 2018 short film, Holding the Rain. He also appeared in the 2014 short film, The Soul Proprietor. He has recently just completed an Australian feature-length production due for release next year.
