In 1983-1987 - director, chief director of the Tomsk Drama Theater. In 1987-1989 - director of the Moscow theater at the STD "Our Theater". In 1989-1991, he was the chief director of the Globus Moscow Drama Theater. Director of performances in Moscow theaters: Satire, Operetta, Yermolova. Since 1994 - the leading and artistic director of the weekly TV show "Russian Lotto" (TV Channel "Russia"). Author and host of programs "Clever Found" "TV Center" (2004), "Olympic Flame" SPORT (2004). Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor. PhD in Psychology.
