The architecture of the ensemble film rests on the pleasing coincidence of lives intersecting, often beginning with a moment of contained chaos. Worth the Wait builds its world from such a moment, a shared ride to a hospital that tangles together a set of strangers who will become essential to one another.
The film’s narrative unfolds across Seattle and Kuala Lumpur, asking the viewer to follow multiple threads simultaneously as paths cross and futures are subtly redrawn. There is the promising new romance between Leah, a hospital aide, and Kai, a businessman, which is kindled just before an ocean separates them. We also follow the high school love between Blake and Riley, a bond tested by the watchful eye of her overprotective guardian.
A far heavier story tracks the married couple Teresa and Nathan as they navigate the profound, silent tragedy of a stillborn child. Elsewhere, two celebrity ex-lovers,...

Horror stories bring chills to the bones and the MGM+ horror hit From often has viewers feeling that way. It is also a never-ending maze, week after week of twists and turns that could end in a horrific death or a frankly unexpected plot twist. Season 3 of the horror series ended on a cliffhanger, but thankfully, it sets up Season 4 which was renewed in the lead-up to that finale, to start answering some of those lingering questions. As we look forward to the show's return, a new filming update has come from one of the show's stars, which should calm some of its more impatient fans.
From Season 4 is expected to arrive sometime later this year or in early 2026, and it would seem like the join towards that has begun. In a post shared on Instagram, Elizabeth Saunders, who plays Donna in the MGM horror television show, has teased fans that season 4 is currently underway.

From star Catalina Sandino Moreno is completely in the dark about the show's mythology and story arcs. "Season 3 finished in such a way that it just opened up so many doors, and you don't know where the story is going to go," she tells Gold Derby.
"I have no idea where my character is going to go. I'm very curious. I've asked [creator] John [Griffin] and [producers] Jack [Bender] and Jeff [Pinkner]. I'm like, ‘Just give me a little,’ and they're like, 'Nope,'" she continues. "Well, we just have to wait and see what's going to happen. They're very secretive, as they usually are. Even in Season 4, they're not giving any crumbs."
The horror drama is set in a decaying old ghost town in middle America that appears to be under the control of an unknown malevolent force that traps anyone who arrives. The unwilling residents struggle to stay alive while plagued by...

The lives of around ten Asian Americans make up the story of Worth the Wait, a Crazy, Stupid, Love-style rom-com about all different types of love in the modern world. It’s a charming, if basic, approach to the genre and will surely fit in amongst Tubi’s wide variety of free-to-stream films.
To All the Boys I’ve Met Before’s Lana Condor and Ross Butler anchor the story of the film. Leah (Condor) and Kai (Butler) quickly hit it off after a quaint meet-cute in a hospital, but because of Kai’s commitment to run his father’s company over in Malaysia, the two begin a long-distance relationship.
Worth the Wait Review
The other stories consist of a couple rekindling their love after a failed pregnancy, a high school boy (Ricky He) trying to convince his crush’s (Ali Fumiko Whitney) strict uncle (Sung Kang) that he’s...

Season 3 of the MGM+ horror hit Fromleft viewers with shocking reveals, twists, and a horrific death that finally introduced the series' big bad at last. With a Season 4 renewal in the lead-up to that finale, it set itself up to start answering some of those lingering questions either sometime later this year or in early 2026, depending on the start of production. Now, we have a better idea of when that cliffhanger ending will finally be addressed. An inside scoop from TV Line reportedly confirms that the series will return to Nova Scotia for filming on its fourth run this summer. Since Season 3 took a little over five months to shoot before releasing four months later, that would almost certainly mean that Harold Perrineau and the rest of the cursed town will be back sometime shortly after the new year.

Harold Perrineau (Lost) leads an ensemble cast which includes Catalina Sandino Moreno, Eion Bailey (Band of Brothers), Hannah Cheramy, Simon Webster (Strays), Ricky He (The Good Doctor), Chloe Van Landschoot, Corteon Moore (Utopia Falls), Pegah Ghafoori (The Perfect Wedding), David Alpay (Castle Rock), Elizabeth Saunders (Clarice), Avery Konrad (Honor Society), Scott McCord (East of Middle West), Nathan D. “From has been a sensation for MGM+, capturing the attention of millions of viewers and helping us to shine a bright light on our MGM+ brand,” said Michael Wright, head of MGM+. “Our talented show creators and cast have brilliantly and carefully crafted this wonderful show, and we look forward to providing the answers the From audience so enthusiastically craves in season 4!”
From has been a hit out of the gate for MGM+. The sci-fi drama is the most viewed series in the history of the premium network, and has a 96 percent Rotten Tomatoes score.
“We are thrilled by the support of our fans and our partners at MGM+ and are so excited to share the next chapter of our story with our FROMily. By the end of season 3, our characters will begin to understand why they are trapped in From Town… but will understanding help them to escape? And if so, how?” said Pinkner.
Perrineau plays Boyd Stevens, the sheriff whose Draconian rules have held the fragile town together, even as he searches for a way to escape this seemingly inescapable nightmare.
“With the culmination of Season Three we have, in many ways, reached the end of the beginning. In Season Four, a new journey begins. The question is whether it will lead our characters home, or deeper into this unrelenting nightmare,” said Griffin. “We are so grateful to our partners at MGM+ to be able to continue this tale and beyond excited to share the news with our amazing FROMily.”
Added Bender: “Congratulations and gratitude to Michael Wright and MGM+ for the incredible support. And to our brilliant family of actors and our gifted team in Nova Scotia. We’re looking forward to telling more of the tale.”
From is an Amazon MGM Studios production. Jeff Pinkner, John Griffin and Jack Bender serve as executive producers alongside Perrineau, Josh Appelbaum, André Nemec and Scott Rosenberg from Midnight Radio, Anthony and Joe Russo and Mike Larocca from Agbo, and Lindsay Dunn. Midnight Radio’s Adrienne Erickson serves as co-executive producer. The series is distributed internationally by Paramount Global Content Distribution.

Warning: There are spoilers ahead for From season 3, episode 9, "Revelations: Chapter One."
From is setting up the death of a major character for the season 3 finale, but it wouldn't be a smart move for the show. Since opening the series with a young girl and her mother being devoured by From's monsters, the story has not been afraid to kill characters. This has continued to be the case with From season 3's deaths, including the monsters killing Tian-Chen Liu (Elizabeth Moy) in front of Boyd Stevens (Harold Perrineau) and Fatima (Pegah Ghafoori) murdering Tillie (Deborah Grover).
After a season filled with so much loss, it feels inevitable that it will conclude with the most substantial loss yet. Fatima is seemingly in the most danger as she finds herself pregnant with a bloodthirsty creature, is held captive, and is being forced to give birth against her will. Killing Fatima would be...

Warning: There are spoilers ahead for From season 3, episode 8, "Thresholds."From season 3, episode 8, "Thresholds" features major reveals that answer several long-running mysteries. As expected, the episode largely revolves around the fallout of Fatima (Pegah Ghafoori) killing Tillie (Deborah Grover) at the end of From season 3, episode 7. However, this is not the only storyline that moves significantly forward, as Victor Kavanaugh (Scott McCord) makes a breakthrough discovery about his memories with Christopher (Thom Payne) and the ventriloquist doll, Jasper, that has far-reaching implications.
Meanwhile, the mystery of Elgin (Nathan D. Simmons) and the skeletal kimono woman he has been seeing receives some much-needed clarity, and is confirmed to be intertwined with what has been happening to Fatima. An even longer mystery of who threw the rope down to Boyd Stevens (Harold Perrineau) in the season 2 premiere is also answered in an unexpected and game-changing way. Warning: There are spoilers ahead for From season 3, episode 7, "These Fragile Lives."
A new mystery is introduced in From season 3 when Elgin (Nathan D. Simmons) goes into the Town's root cellar. The root cellar was first shown in season 1 and was important for the stories of Victor (Scott McCord), Jade Herrera (David Alpay), and Julie Matthews (Hannah Cheramy). In a flashback to when he was young and trapped in the Town with his mother and sister, Victor hid in the cellar, and when he emerged the next morning, he discovered that all the residents had been brutally killed by From's monsters.

As shown since season 1, the jukeboxes in the Town's diner have a habit of playing songs on their own. This eerie phenomenon understandably unnerves newcomers to the Town, but the more time that goes on, the more From's characters get used to it, as they accept it as yet another strange and inexplicable occurrence in their daily lives.

In 2010, AMC Networks premiered The Walking Dead, an apocalyptic series that aired for 12 years across 11 seasons. Based on the comics created by Robert Kirkman, the series became wildly popular, beyond what anyone could have imagined, and has inspired other series within the genre.

Season 2 amplified the threats that From's cast of characters faced in the Town as many of the residents began to experience disturbing hallucinations that ended in death. Spoilers are ahead for From season 3, episode 3, "Mouse Trap."In From season 3, Randall (A.J. Simmons), a quick-to-anger newcomer who lives in an abandoned bus, is plagued by visions of cicadas. The insects first appeared several episodes before From season 2's cliffhanger ending. Eager to get rid of the worms writhing under his skin, Boyd (Harold Perrineau) tries to transfer his blood to the Smiley Creature (Jamie McGuire). The act kills the ringleader of From's monsters, allowing Boyd, Kristi (Chloe Van Landschoot), and Kenny (Ricky He) to perform an autopsy on the Smiley Creature. Although the body is bone-dry, the creature's body contains something else.
Shocked to discover that the creatures have human anatomy, Boyd, Kristi, and Kenny agree to leave the body in the basement of the Clinic. Later, the trio hears some strange noises coming from the basement. When Boyd and Kenny investigate, they find that the Smiley Creature's body is crawling with cicadas.

Warning: Spoilers ahead for From season 3, episode 3.
In From season 3, episode 3, "Mouse Trap," the sci-fi horror series picks up the pace again even though it is another outing that's free of From's monsters. While From season 3, episode 2 was a more pensive chapter that dealt with the fallout of Tian-Chen's (Elizabeth Moy) death and Jim's (Eion Bailey) continued absence from Ethan's (Simon Webster) and Julie's (Hannah Cheramy) lives, the third episode sees From's cast of characters coming face-to-face with shocking discoveries. However, in true From fashion, none of the show's biggest mysteries are really any closer to being solved.
It's still not clear why Fatima is eating rotten crops, for example, or how From's lighthouse portal deposited Tabitha (Catalina Sandino Moreno) in Victor's (Scott McCord) childhood hometown of Camden, Maine. The Ghoulish Children and Boy in White don't make appearances at all though Jade (David Alpay) navigates other terrifying visions. Much...

Things just keep getting worse for the forsaken residents of the unnamed town in From. The criminally underrated horror/drama streaming its third season on MGM+ stars Harold Perrineau in the lead role of the town sheriff, Boyd Stevens, but Episode 2, "When We Go," is all about the nightmare that is the life of Boyd's right-hand man, Kenny Liu (Ricky He). Show creator John Griffin and director Jack Bender really put the screws to Kenny in an episode that saw him riding high one moment, having found a new food source with Jim (Eion Bailey) to returning home to discover his mother, Tian-Chen (Elizabeth Moy), has been mutilated by the night creatures. The audience is shown how ruthless the zombies can be by picking up where Episode 1 left off, and Boyd is forced to watch but also allowed to live. However, "When We Go" is a Kenny vehicle, and...

The following contains spoilers for From Season 3, Episodes 1 & 2, now streaming on MGM+. It also contains strong language and discussion of violence.
So far From Season 3 has not been kind to Kenny Liu -- which is turning out to be par for the course. Kenny has had his fair share of struggles like everyone else on the MGM+ series, but the Season 3 premiere dealt him a truly miserable blow when his mother Tian-Chen was viciously attacked by the monsters that plague their town.
Cbr spoke to From star Ricky He about how Tian-Chen's fate will affect her son -- and how deeply it affected him as an actor. Could this be the incident that finally breaks Kenny? Ricky also spoke about how the incident will affect Kenny's relationship with Boyd, who was helpless to save Tian-Chen, and what else viewers can look forward to in the remainder of Season 3.

The unthinkable happened on From Season 3 Episode 1, when the hellish monsters that haunt the town’s streets ambushed Boyd and Tian-Chen.
And then we lost Tian-Chen, one of the Og townspeople. She was a familiar and comforting presence in the town who endeared herself to everyone she met.
It was a shocking and devastating loss for the town, but none more than her son Kenny, who was out in the woods the evening of her death and had to come back to the news and quickly prepare himself to bury another parent in that never-ending nightmare.
(Chris Reardon/Epix)
We spoke with series star Ricky He, who portrays the kindhearted but often conflicted Kenny Liu on the hit series about the hour and much more.
After the events of From Season 3 Episode 2, the affable He had a lot to discuss with us, and we had a lovely chat that delves...

Spoilers are ahead for From season 3, episode 2, "When We Go."
In From season 3, episode 2, "When We Go," Tabitha's (Catalina Sandino Moreno) unexpected trip through From's lighthouse portal allows her to learn even more about Victor's (Scott McCord) mother, Miranda (Sarah Booth), and his father, Henry (Robert Joy). Back in the Township, Harold Perrineau's Boyd breaks the news of Tian-Chen's (Elizabeth Moy) death to the townspeople and, eventually, Kenny (Ricky He), who returns to Town with Jim (Eion Bailey) and armfuls of edible vegetables. At Colony House, Donna (Elizabeth Saunders) butchers the now-dead animals that From's monsters let loose, and Fatima's (Pegah Ghafoori) pregnancy symptoms worsen.
Given From's massive cast of characters, the second episode of the third outing covers a lot of ground and many threads. While From season 3, episode 1's reveals were action-packed and harrowing, "When We Go" takes a somewhat slower, more expository approach. Although...

The strange Township in MGM+'s From is perplexing for a variety of reasons, but one of the most compelling mysteries that's plagued viewers involves where, exactly, From's Town is located. In the sci-fi horror series, a small town traps anyone who drives inside its limits, holding them in an inescapable, often implausible purgatory. In From's pilot, the Matthews family drives their Rv down a wooded road until they reach a tree that obstructs their path. Afterward, Jim steers them onto the run-down Town's endlessly looping main street. It's an experience From's entire cast of characters knows well.
What makes the Town even more challenging to weather is the fact that From's monsters appear at night to stalk and kill the townspeople. Using the creature-repelling talismans, the Township and Colony House's inhabitants remain locked indoors until the sun rises again. Boyd Stevens (Harold Perrineau), the Town's self-appointed sheriff, is one...
