Parmiss Sehat

Parmiss Sehat is an Iranian actor, born and raised in Vancouver, she's been popping up in film, TV, and theatre ever since she realized it was a real job.
She knew she wanted to act at six years old after watching Jim Carrey's The Grinch and has been training her facial muscles ever since.
Receiving her BFA in Theatre from the University of British Columbia Parmiss has worked across Canada and internationally.
She's a Jessie Award-winning performer who's done everything from Shakespeare with Bard on the Beach to clown videos in her bedroom and even starring in the globally touring Canadian feature film, Golden Delicious (2022) . Most recently, she led the international feature Cast Aside the Clouds-filmed in Athens, set in Iran, and featuring an international cast.
You've also seen her on Good Doctor (2017),The Midnight Club (2022), Designated Survivor (2016), Les 100 (2014) and a slew of Hallmark and indie "gems".
She started directing theatre in 2022 and is currently writing her first short film.
