Tali is an actress, singer, and model based in New York City. She graduated from the University of Oregon a year early with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater, cum laude. She studied a comprehensive theater curriculum spanning theater history, dramaturgy, lighting, directing, and stage combat, in addition to rigorous acting training.

In addition to her acting degree, she is a classically trained singer. At 16 she won first place for Mezzo-Soprano at the Oregon State Voice Competition, and went on to compete regionally. She studied with various teachers including Milagro Vargas at the University of Oregon Music Department, and Willene Gunn (former Artistic Director of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music) as part of the ensemble for Rogue Opera in Ashland, Oregon. She also has experience in musical theater, notably as the lead for the Oregon Festival of American Music's production of "Brigadoon", as a church soloist, and as a singer with multiple jazz bands.

She has lived in New York since 2011, and has credits spanning theater, film, music performance, commercials, and voiceover, and has studied and performed Improv with the Upright Citizen's Brigade and the People's Improv Theater.
