Lee was born in South Shields in July 1996 and has lived in Jarrow since birth. He got the acting bug in June 2007 after performing in a primary school play.
He performed in school plays and musicals, having such roles as Vitoler in Wyrd Sisters, Sgt Green in The Machine Gunners and Harold Zidler in Moulin Rouge. He has been a member of local theatre companies, Starset Theatre and The Westovian Theatre. His first screen credit was the short film The Exchange and his first professional theatre credit was Hamlet at The Alphabetti Theatre in Newcastle.
He studied acting at Gateshead College and achieved a Level 3 NVQ with DMM marks.
He developed an interesting in writing at age 14 and has published two articles in Fighters Only and is currently in pre production with his first short film as Writer and Director.
