Amber Baquer

She and her brothers - Bradley Baquer, and Daniel Baquer - were raised by their grandparents Lex Baquer and Betty Baquer, after their mother Farah Fratta was murdered in 1994 just 8 days before her divorce from their father, Robert Fratta, was finalized. Fratta was convicted in 1996 of hiring Joseph Prystash, who, in turn, paid Howard Guidry $3,000 to kill Farah. The children took Farah's maiden name.
