Naireeta started her career in Film Production at Delhi Doordarshan.
After which is moved to Mumbai and worked as an assistant director for 10 years.
Naireeta also briefly worked as a columnist at India Today, where she wrote about Indian Cinema and it's journey over the years.
She debuted as the writer and director of the 29 minute film 'Night Queen' starring internationally acclaimed actors Vipin Sharma and Sheeba Chadha. The film is presented by Anurag Kashyap and was nominated under three categories at the Kashish Pride Film Festival this year. Night Queen brought home all three awards.
Naireeta lives in Mumbai with her daughter and is developing feature length films and a web series with notable studios.
