Elina Golde is a multifaceted performer. She has danced a ten-year career with the world-renowned American Ballet Theatre, speaks three languages fluently and continues to fulfill her dream as an actress in film and TV.
Elina was recognized as a promising dancer in Finland and began gaining recognition at international ballet competitions at a young age. She received most of her dance training in Helsinki as well as in Paris, Cannes, Copenhagen and Amsterdam. After completing high school Elina was offered a contract with the Finnish National Ballet. A year later during her trip to New York she was invited to join the American Ballet Theatre as the first ballerina from Finland. Elina spent a decade dancing with ABT and touring the world performing featured roles in nearly all the classical ballets and in several contemporary works. After her extensive ballet career Elina naturally transitioned to acting. She works on both East and West Coasts, keeps up with her dance skills and does occasional modeling.
