Megan is a film and television makeup artist who specializes in beauty and character makeups. After moving to Los Angeles in 2013, she became fascinated by makeup and the world of making movies. In 2016, she enrolled at the world-renowned Cinema Makeup School, an international school for beauty and special effects. She graduated from the Master Makeup Program in July 2016 and has since been taking on exciting, challenging projects wherever possible.
In 2018, Megan worked as a staff assistant for the makeup department on "Bombshell" (which later took home the 2020 Oscar for Hair & Makeup). In the beginning of 2019, she worked on "The Stand-In" with Drew Barrymore - again, in a supporting role for the makeup department. Shortly after, she began accumulating hours toward qualifying for the Local 706 makeup union, and in May 2022, she achieved Local 706 union status through 60/60/60.
Megan continues to work on union projects as a trainee and is excited to one day qualify for journeyman status.
