Kaya Kolodziejczyk (she/her) is a choreographer and certified intimacy coordinator working in film, television and immersive media. With a background in contemporary dance and movement direction, she collaborates with directors and actors to design choreographic language for films, drama series, and experimental formats. Her work bridges emotional storytelling with precise physicality.
As an intimacy coordinator, trained through a SAG-AFTRA recognized program, she supports performers through sensitive scenes with safety, trust, and artistic integrity. Trained at the National Ballet School in Warsaw, P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels, and HfMDK in Frankfurt, she brings an interdisciplinary approach shaped by international collaborations with Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker, Mette Ingvartsen and Maja Kleczewska.
Kaya works extensively across Europe, bringing her expertise to a wide range of projects-from innovative art-house cinema to high-profile large-scale productions.
