Krissann Barretto

Krissann Barretto is an Indian actress, model, and video jockey. She originates from Mumbai, Maharashtra, where she attended Apostolic Carmel High School in Bandra and later St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, before enrolling at Government Law College, Mumbai - an academic pursuit she discontinued to pursue acting. Her career commenced with appearances in episodic television series such as Heroes, The Fightback Files, and Yeh Hai Aashiqui. She achieved her breakthrough in 2014 by portraying Alya Saxena in MTV India's Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan. Following this success, she expanded her television presence with roles in Warrior High and various installments of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya in 2015. In 2016, she portrayed Kiya Kapoor in &TV's Kahani Hamari...Dil Dosti Deewanepan Ki and later appeared as Romi in Ishqbaaaz. Her career diversified into digital content with roles as Sarah in the web series Class of 2017 for ALT Balaji and as Payal in CyberSquad in 2017. She then took on the role of Sanjana Bhardwaj in Sasural Simar Ka from 2017 to 2018, followed by portraying Rangoli Rai in Tu Aashiqui in 2018. In 2019, she participated in MTV India's reality show Ace of Space 2, where she finished as the fourth runner-up. Her recent work includes appearances on MTV Ex Or Next in 2022, and from 2023 to 2024 she portrayed Ayesha Sharma in Pashminna - Dhaage Mohabbat Ke.
