Sulayman Tahir, is a writer, director and film producer from Philadelphia. He's a producer on the highly anticipated Phels High movie starring Omari Hardwick and Elise Neal and has worked on the upcoming film The Upside , starring Kevin Hart and Bryan Cranston. At only age 28 he's directed hundreds of music videos, commercials and short films. As Lay's focus has increasingly been aimed towards the motion picture business he is steadily becoming a force in the film industry.
