Pitcher taken 28th overall by the Atlanta Braves in the 2011 amateur draft out of Florida State University. Previously taken by the San Diego Padres in the 31st round of the 2008 amateur draft, but did not sign. Taken by the New York Mets from the Minnesota Twins in the 2014 rule 5 draft.
