Born in London, England and raised in Victoria, BC, Canada where he still resides to this day, Joel began writing stories at a very young age. A long time lover of Horror and Science Fiction, Joel currently works with the goal in mind to bring more diversity to the genre, as well as, practical effects and the gritty rawness of 80s cinema.
