Jordan Bouma is a uniquely creative director, production designer and grip from Alberta, Canada. He graduated with honors from the film production program at Confederation College in 2016, and has worked in the film industry ever since. Shortly after graduating, Jordan worked on several film productions across Ontario, before moving to Alberta and gripping on TV shows distributed by Netflix, HBO and CBC.
Jordan is best regarded as an award winning director, known for his visually stunning short films, Where Monsters Dwell (2019), Utak (2017) and Eyes Like Yours (2016). Where Monsters Dwell (2019) was nominated for Best Animated Film and Best Short Film at the International Festival of Fear in Edmonton, Alberta. It ended up winning the award for Best Animated Film. Utak (2017), was nominated for Best Actress and Best Director at the International Christian Film Festival in Orlando, Florida, and won the Best Director award.
