Dr. Harcourt Fuller is a historian, filmmaker, and cultural producer based in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a History Professor, a Fulbright Global Scholar, and holds degrees from the City University of New York and the London School of Economics. His international body of work spans scholarly research, documentary filmmaking, feature film producer and screenwriting, and music production, all centered around the themes of resistance, perseverance, and the power of Black historical narratives.
Dr. Fuller is the creator of multiple international film projects adapted from his original intellectual property, including academic publications, exhibitions, articles, lectures, and educational media. His films focus on strong Black male and female characters across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean, and have been shot on four continents.

As a numismatist and founder of the Black Money Exhibit, he brings a unique scholarly perspective to the cultural and political power of money. He serves on the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee (CCAC) of the United States Mint. Dr. Fuller also produces "edutainment" music and videos, including Mansa Musa, a visual tribute to the 14th-century emperor of Mali - considered the wealthiest person in history.
